Tesabio.ai identifies small molecules that rebalance dysregulated microRNA (miRNA) networks in complex diseases. Instead of chasing a single target, our platform optimizes for whole-network restoration, aiming to nudge biology back toward healthy function.

What it does

  1. Map the miRNA disease network: We assemble a disease-specific atlas of miRNAs, their downstream targets, and pathways to define the imbalanced state versus reference biology. We called this the microRNA network signature.

  2. Predict corrective chemistries: Our AI ranks small molecules predicted to shift microRNA function based on chemical structure, RNA chemical properties, sequence information, and omics data.

  3. Close the loop: Prioritized molecules advance to targeted assays; results feed back to refine the model and the disease program continuously.

Our platform can be applied to any chemical libraries for which the structures are available.
